You pick sunrise or sunset and we'll meet you at the trailhead. We'll find your ceremony spot, explore two or three locations, and send you off with a toast as the stars come out. It's short, sweet, and exactly what it needs to be.

The Summit is a full day built around going further. It starts before the crowds and ends after the light is gone. You watch the sunrise from somewhere most people never find. You hike somewhere that earns the view. You have lunch complete with a ridiculous backdrop and bad cell service. You get coffee at a place locals love. You go back into the park as the sky turns gold and you're not thinking about photos anymore, you're just there.

The night before one elopement, we rented ATVs and drove across the island until we arrived at a secret beach we found while scouting that nobody else was on. We watched the sunset there, just the four of us. The next morning we were up before dawn for an immersive sunrise to sunset elopement day with multiple locations, time built in for exploration, snacks and a nap before heading back out to watch the sunset of your lives.
That's the Expedition. We become your guides, your creative partners, in a place you've always wanted to go. We find what isn't on any list. We design the whole experience, not just the day. You combine your wedding with the trip of your lifetime and come home with photos and a film that feels like something you can relive with all 5 of your senses.

Step 1 - The Creative Call (Before You Book)
We hop on a 30-minute video call—not a sales pitch, a genuine conversation. You share your vision, we listen and ask questions. We discuss locations, timing, vibe, and logistics. We see if we're a creative match. No pressure, just possibility.
You don't need an exact date or location to start. We figure it out together.
step 2 - Vision + Location Curation (Right After You Book)
You share Pinterest inspiration, we refine the aesthetic and create a custom mood board for your elopement. This becomes our visual north star. We research 5-10 potential ceremony and portrait locations, considering light quality, crowd levels, accessibility, permits, and weather patterns. We present 3-5 vetted options with photos and details. You choose, we refine.
Deliverables: Custom mood board, location recommendations with photos, styling guidance document.
step 3- Planning + Timeline Design (Leading Up to Your Day)
We help with everything: permit applications, weather strategy, backup plans, vendor recommendations, wardrobe guidance, timeline optimization. We have unlimited check-ins because questions always come up. We arrive early on your day to scout light and conditions. You show up knowing everything is handled.
step 4 - Your Elopement Day
This is where all the planning pays off. We guide you gently through the day—you lead, we follow, we direct when needed. We capture both intimate moments and elevated portraits. We adapt to weather, crowds, or unexpected changes. We problem-solve on the fly. We keep you on schedule without feeling rushed.
Our approach: We create space for real moments within composed frames. We direct movement and positioning when helpful, step back when you're in flow. You feel comfortable, not awkward.
Step 5 - Delivery (6-8 Weeks Later)
Your photo gallery and film arrive in a beautifully designed online portal. Every image is professionally edited in our signature style. Everything is downloadable and yours to keep forever.

How do I choose the right package?

Absolutely. Want 6 hours instead of 4? Lots of 35mm film? An extra location? A second day of portraits? We can customize any package to fit your vision. The packages are starting points, not rigid structures.
How far in advance should we book?

We book 2-18 months in advance. Our calendar fills quickly because we only take on a limited number of elopements each year. If your date is less than 2 months away, reach out anyway, we occasionally have last-minute availability.
What if we don't know where to elope yet?

Perfect, this is exactly what we help with. During your creative call and in the planning process, we'll suggest locations based on your vision, timing, and what kind of experience you want. We know the secret spots, the crowd patterns, the weather, and the logistics.
Do you really not charge travel fees?

Really. It so much less complicated to have 1 upfront price. We don't just travel there, we know these places. We arrive early, scout locations, monitor weather, and prep backups. We've been to 25+ national parks and driven 22,500 miles in our campervan in a single year. Travel is baked into your investment because it's essential to our process.
